How to Redeem
1. Browse the schedule of available redemption perks below
A list of different perks is available each day. Your ticket entitles you to 1 redeemable perk, available while stocks last.
2. Collect your redemption coupon at the information counter
Identified the perk you want? During the time of redemption, head to the information counter of the room the brand is located in to collect a redemption coupon.
You must have proof of a ticket to be given a coupon at this counter. Coupons are available while stocks last.
3. Exchange the redemption coupon for your perk at the brand’s space
Bring your redemption coupon to the brand’s space to exchange it for your perk!
You may also choose to redeem your item at a later time if the brand space is too crowded. Once you have secured your coupon, your redemption perk is guaranteed.

This fair trade social enterprise by The Seed Basket seeks to empower women and families in impoverished areas of Riau Island. Here, marginalised women are employed to produce and sell hand-poured soy candles made with locally sourced, high-quality essential oils and wax blends. 100% of the proceeds are used to continue funding this project, as well as other social developments in the area such as access to clean water, healthcare, and the development of small businesses.
