  • Most of us know how important sleep is for our overall health and well-being, but a lot of us still struggle to get a good night’s rest. We tend to rely on “sleep hacks” and melatonin to get by without addressing the root cause for poor sleep quality. This workshop explores the science of sleep, the pillars of rest, and why it matters. Whether you’re struggling with insomnia, restless nights, or simply want to optimise your sleep, this workshop will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to achieve deep, rejuvenating sleep on a consistent basis.

  • This is a powerful breathwork journey that utilises a bottom-up approach of whole body processing to release negative emotions. The basis of this type of breathwork is that people sometimes retain an emotional experience physically in their body. Learn to release the emotional energy that was retained, suppressed or isolated within the body.

  • Learn to use the power of sound and vibration to influence your nervous system simply and effectively. Sound therapy works on the scientific principle that everything in nature, including our bodies, vibrates at a unique frequency, which must be balanced. When our natural frequencies go out of sync, they trigger diseases and emotional imbalances.

  • Learn how to regulate your nervous system with the Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®️) Workshop. This is an accessible approach to releasing deep-seated stress, tension, and trauma through a series of targeted exercises. TRE®️ leverages a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating to alleviate muscular tension and soothe the nervous system. This workshop will equip you with the theory behind the approach as well as guide you through an experience of TRE®️ so that it can become an option you can choose when you need to regulate nervous system.

Discover more about nervous system science, the different states of autonomic nervous system (ANS) activity and explore ways to move towards feeling safe in our body and nervous system.

  • In today’s fast-paced world, staying connected to ourselves can feel like a challenge. As we juggle roles, responsibilities, and endless expectations, burnout can creep in, affecting our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Led by Soma Haus’s counsellor & psychotherapist, this workshop dives deep into understanding the varied types of burnout and the subtle ways they can show up in our lives.

You will explore practical coping strategies and mindfulness techniques that help create a sanctuary within—a space where you can listen to your own needs and reconnect with your core self. Through guided exercises and somatic practices, this workshop offers a path to resilience and self-compassion, empowering you to navigate life with greater ease and presence.
