The Beginning

“We love our cocktails. And thankfully in Singapore, we have a growing number of great bars and exceptional bartenders who create them.

Sunday Punch was an idea that stemmed from us enjoying the company of others, always trying to think of inventive (read: lazy) solutions and finding an opportunity to work with our super talented friends in the F&B industry.”

The Process

“The inspiration for our flavours come from the different classic and modern cocktails we've discovered while visiting some of the best cocktail bars in Singapore and around the region. We love to eat so we try to bring familiar local flavours like coconut, panda, or even laksa leaves to our cocktails.

We also have a close relationship with our customers and frequently get feedback on the kind of flavours they would like to have. We then use a little science and cocktail-know-how to reformulate cocktail recipes to better suit our customer's palate!”
